New EV Version

At a trade show a few months ago, I was told there would be a new version (7) of EV coming out. One of the main new features was to be the integration of many of the command-line tools in Policy Manager into the GUI. Has anyone heard anything about it? I had heard it was a Q1 planned release.

    Licensing is different however...you'll need to get your real licenses before performing an upgrade.

    Another new addition is Provisioning Groups. These update OU groups from 6.0 BUT there is a MANDATORY task (the provisioning task) which must be run post-upgrade/installation. Failure to do this will mean archiving does not work.

    Whenever you do the u/g or install please pay attention to this - if you miss it or forget about it nothing will work.

    This is one time when reading the manual is a must!!!
