New PCs Can't Use EV9 Outlook Add-in; Continually Prompted for Credentials

Did you used to have 9.0.2 server, and 9.0.1 client, or was it 9.0.1 on both?
Can you try a 9.0.1 client?
Do you have the policy set to add all your EV servers to the intranet zone in the Desktop Policy -> Web Appplications tab? Do you have all 3 check boxes selected there?
On the Advanced tab of your Desktop Policy can you add the EV servers FQDN to the list of servers in the intranet zone, then synchronise the end-users mailbox from the VAC a couple of times, restart Outlook, and try again?
Can you grab a client trace at the end there...
