Restore archived email not work when mb moved to new exch server and old exch server is offline

Thank for your help. I add a new exch 2010 server and upgrade EV to v9.03. Then I move mailbox from ex2003 server to ex2010, I found user use outlook 2010 to restore archived email is ok when old ex2003 is online; but when the ex2003 server is power off, the restore is not success; when I bring the ex2003 online, the restore is ok again. I think the restore process is still pointing to old ex2003 server. How can I solve this issue? Thanks Patrick

    I find the reason of the issue. I need to run provision and sync  task after move mailbox.

    yes, exch2010 server already added to EV configuration.

    All archiving task are working normal.

    anything I can check?
