Search Returning Not Returning All Results
Quick question. In outlook when I view an archive I can see back to 2003. If I go to the search I can only see back to 2007. Is there a configuration option to allow the search to return all results?
Could you explain what you mean by "In outlook when I view an archive I can see back to 2003." Are you doing an Outlook search and find shortcuts from 2003? If yes, when you double click the shortcut does it open? Also, which search are you using, the WebApp search found at http://evserver/enterprievault/search.asp?
If yes, you could have index issues.
