Migrator Server uses DCOM in its application. Sometimes the SID gets corrupt and needs to be reset. To reset the Vault Service Account in DCOMConfig you will need to go to START | Programs | Administrative Tools | Component Services. On the server that is having the problem.
 

 
Under DCOMConfig go to Migrator Server and right click. Go to properties and choose the Identity tab. Browse for the VSA and put in the same password.
 
You should not have to restart the services.
