  • I have opened this thread for you so that your particular issue can be looked into.

Please take a look at your appliance - the one that this images is trying to replicate from.

Go into the O/S (from the CLISH go to Support and then Mainetenance, login with yoru password - default is P@ssw0rd - type elevate to get into the O/S)

    cd to /disk/databases/catalog/2/

Look for LSFP01 and see if it only appears once or if you have 2 directories for that client in both upper and lower case.

If it only appears once then run the following - this assumes that the lower case one exists only:

    ln -s /disk/databases/catalog/2/lsfp01 /disk/databases/catalog/2/LSFP01

You should then see both directories which have the same contents via the link that has been setup

The replication may well then work so let me know if this resolves it.

If you already have both directories then you need to make a copy of  both directories (to be on the safe side) and then move all files and folders in the Upper case one - for all sub directories - into the lower case one and then remove the upper case folder before you can run the ln -s command

Let me know if this helps
