Duplication issue for basic disk

Hi,

 

I'm having an environment running with Netbackup 7.0. We have a media server which is running on sol 10 is configured with basic storage disks of total 43TB of space. There are four disk storage units have been configured to this disk storage which is having different folder names for each storage unit in the same mount point.

 

mount point name is /sata

storage unit folder names:

/sata/incs

/sata/fulls

/sata/database/incs

/sata/database/fulls

 

Now we are facing the issue with the duplication. Whenever we kick off the manual relocation, parent job completing successfully with error code 0 but it is not generating any child jobs(Duplication).

Pls someone help me out in finding the solution for this issue.
