Hello, I have a lot of frequency drive down, that time I marking manual up to drive. But it not ok long time. and I'm marking the cleaning tape with manual. I want to know How can i solve this drive down issues?

Check the Windows event log and look for scsi sense key to understand why they are downed. Just setting the drives in the up status will just worsen the situation long term.

What does Activity Monitor show for a job where the drive goes down (in job details).
i have a same problem , i make the cleaning tape integrated with Netbackup, i.e. automatic, and the drive down error was finished
