AIR Import not initiating

Hi

I have configured AIR as per the Admin Guide and have an issue whereby the import at the target domain does not appear to initiate. I have double checked that my SLPs are named the same and I can see the backup and duplication occur from the source (confirmed in the Activity monitor and via nbstlutil). 

On the target domain, nbstlutil  reports the following:

Image xxxxxxxxx_1333610592 for Lifecycle xxxxxxxxx-TEST is NOT_STARTED
  Copy to xxxxxxx-msdp-diskpool1 of type IMPORT is IN_PROCESS

After the while the IN_PROCESS changes to NOT_STARTED as well.

Both the source and target domain have a master server and separate media server (MSDP). Any help appreciated.
