alternate media server oracle restore on linux

Hi all,

I am in a situation where we have a linux media server that is backing up an oracle database. This server has a backup system in place in case server a fails. I've have been trying to restore an oracle level 0 backup that was taken on server a to server b. Both servers have netbackup installed and are connected to the same VTL so server b has access to the tape where the backup was written to. Whenever we try to run the restore we get the following in the dbclient logs:

<16> int_StartJob: ERR - Backup file not found in NetBackup catalog

I cannot figure out how to get server b to "see" the backup.  We are setting the NB_ORA_CLIENT variable to the old server name but still no luck.  I have even run a bpmedia -movedb to transfer ownership of the tape to server b but it continues to give that error.  Does anyone have any ideas?
