Backup failing with media write error

Hello Team

Backup Are failing with media write error, please kindly help on this.

  • Seems like you are using accelerator in the policy as well.. Try creating a new schedule in the same policy with the forced rescan option enabled and attempt to run this schedule.. This backup would take a very long time to complete as it would be similar to the first traditional full backup and would scan all the files..

    If your backup selection has large sparse files then you maybe facing the issue mentioned in the below article

    Is the error 84 on full backup or only during differencial of backup vmware ? 

    Is the error 84 new error after upgrade NBU to 8.1.1 ?

        the solution is  ,:

        first, the problem is  hardware-related to the drive (85,84)

        you must be change the drive
