BMR Restore Error: Did not find sufficient free space for creating partition

Are you using "current" config of the client to do its recovery or have you done any edit before?
Give a try with this:
From the admin GUI, create a copy of your BMR client configuration, for instance with name "foo".
Edit "foo". Locate volume menu, choose disk view. Locate Volume7 volume.
Do unmap of this volume from the working configuration panel. Do map it again by selecting the volume from above original view and this time reduce volumes length by few MBs. Try doing BMR recovery by selecting this edited config.
If this does not solve your issue then I would recommend to open a support case with symantec on this issue.
