bpbkar32 High CPU Utilization

    bpbkar32.exe uses high amounts of CPU for extended periods of time during a Shadow Copy Components backup of Windows 2008

... right, if it is not the issue in the TN, when does the problem happen :

When you run a backup, you are runnign the same bpbkar binary each time.

This would suggest, that the issue happens when you are backing up particular files, does it happen around the same time each time it happens ?
