High CPU load on primary server - java process

Hi All,

The primary server is heavily loaded. CPU is utilized up to 70 percent by a java process. Both Java GUI and WebUI is unavailable.

Stopping and starting NetBackup has not helped.

The issue started 4 hours ago. We are not aware of any changes.

NetBackup is 10.2.0.1.

Any ideas?

    Primary server has been moved to another VCS cluster node and everything is ok.

    Are these NBU java processes ?

    What is the file path of the java processes ?

    If you run bp.kill_all script does the java processes remains ? if yes, you likely need to reboot.
