Cannot restore system state (status:2808)

    Did you follow all the steps mentioned in the below technote.? http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH56473 You did not provide us with other details like Netbackup Version, Client OS. If this is a windows 2012 client then there was a known issue reported in the following link http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH209585
