Catalog cleanup
As you know, I am in the process of deleting thousandss of images and tapes from my catalog that were being held for legal reasons. Just wondering if I should be performing any catalog maintenance after to help out the performance.
NBU 7.01 on W2K3.

Windows: First thing that comes to mind is filesystem fragmentation following bulk expiration.
I would recommend a defrag (with NBU down) when expiration is done.I cannot think of any 'maintenance' tasks that can be done from NBU point of view. NBU is pretty good with doing its own catalog maintenance.
You may want to run NBCC to health-check NBU catalogs.
