Change Hostname and can't run Admin Console

Dear All I have Windows 2003 R2  --> Master Server AIX --> Media Server   we changed the hostname of Master and Media server. we try to run Administrator Console on Master server ,can't run Admi...

Can I uninstall the NetBackup on EMM server and Install it again.
 
If I can then what I have to do with the AIX server ?   (uninstall and reinstall ?)
