Error 174 when backing up netapp filer

I'm recieving this error when backup on a netapp filer in my enviroment.

 

media manager exiting because bpbrm is no longer active

media manager - system error occurred(174)

  • Create bptm and bpbrm folders on the media server under  ...\Veritas\netbackup\logs before the next backup.

    Use Host Properties for this media server to increase logging level for bpbrm and bptm to 3.

    Please upload logs as File attachments.

  • Please post all text in Job details. Ensure bptm and bpbrm log folders exist on NDMP media server for further troubleshooting.

    Ensure bptm and bpbrm log folders exist on NDMP media server for further troubleshooting.   <---- Could you give me instructions to how to do this?
