Exchange 2010 Individual mailbox backup

Hi! Can Netbackup 7 backup exchange 2010 individual mailbox, and can it restore single item from the mailbox?   Thanking you in advance   Thembi

    Hi,

     

    Yes it can, but you have to use the granular recovery option. You cannot use the traditional method that was used in previous versions of Exchange.

Good day,

 

I have attached my exchange policy configurations and restore screenshot ,the restore still does not show the individual mailboxes,please advice
