Filesystem not restore from snapshot

Hello everybody,

The last monday I did a restore that a virtual machine windows (2008 R2) with three filesystems C:, E: and F:. When the restore finished and the customers finished checking the virtual machine, the filesystem F: wasn't mounted.

I checking the image on netbackup, not appears de filesystem inside the backup image.

I asked to the Vcenter administrators and told me that the disk controller are two.
One in independent persistant mode and the other without mode. Both disk are configured as scsi disk.

There are any problem with this configurations on the VCenter that can affected to snapshot on Netbackup?

Regards

Thank you so much, but i don't understand.... how it's possible that VMware puts
"independent disk:   A type of virtual disk that is not affected by snapshots."And netbackup don't take a snapshot via VWMware API and transport methods?

Which part of "VMware does not support snapshots of independent disks in a virtual machine " do you not understand?
