The Customer Experience team at Veritas centers all of our work around a deep understanding of our customers and the challenges they face. We have a team of professional UI Designers and User Researchers. Our User Researchers collect feedback from our end-users through usability testing and surveys. After our designers create UI prototypes, the researchers share them with our users to get feedback and iterate until our users are satisfied.
