How to configure an account to just restore data

Hello,

I am running Netbackup 7.1  (windows 2008)

I would like to configure an account in my netbackup server (windows) in order to allow an user to just do restores (any restore from any server).

As far as I can reach the NBAC can do this. However NBAC is very complicated to install and configure.

Since I can remenber, in the past, with a unix server, I could do this by configuring some paramenters in the java to console, but in windows, I do not know how to do this.
