How to use command to restore ?

Can anyone tell me how to use command (eg: bprestore) to restore a NDMP backup job ?
Could you give me an example ?

I like the article as it starts with bplist.
If you can list the backups, then restore should be easy.

Confirm that bprd log exists.
This log is important as it shows how NBU interprets your command(s).
If the folder does not exist, please create it and restart NBU.
