migration 8.1 - service web don't start after reboot

hi,

I have a netbackup upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1. Everything worked perfectly (backup, restore) I had to restart the master server.

At reboot, the web management console service does not start anymore.

when i make a nbcertcmd -pin i have error: nbcertcmd:

The -ping operation failed. EXIT STATUS 26: client / server handshaking failed

When I try to start java I have the following error:

"Invalid layout of java.lang.Thread at name Error occurred during initialization of VM Invalid layout of preloaded class: use -XX: + TraceClassLoading to see the origin of the problem class "

I look a lot like vxpbx bin folder or variable PATH but I'm a little blocked. Do you have an idea?
