Netbackup 7.1

Restore is successful but under the folders i dont find any files its with folders the issue is same none of them is having a single file at all. please need your valuable support

    Hİ , 

    if you use "restore individual folders and files to different locations" tab. you need to add your file name to new destination path. 

     

    for example,

     

     file name is deneme.xls. your destination directory is "c:\restore " . you should add your file name "c:\deneme.xls" and start restore. your problem will be solved.

     

    OR 

     

    you need to use "restore everything to a different location. Yu will choose a path on destination client.
