For a start, did you take a look in the Windows Event viewer, the error does initial not look like a Netbackup error ?

solved my issue
"Delete DAG records from Master Server and Media Server" and back to backup.
But i have new issue in restore GRT individual messages

Always when bpbrm posts an error "from client," look at the client log for more information. In this case, nbgre.exe logs to the NetBackup\logs\nbgre folder. The log is in VxUL format. Make it readable by running "vxlogview -i 352" from NetBackup\bin and direct the output to a file.
