Netbackup catalog failing with error code 158

In our environment  catlaog backup is failing with 158 error code

 I have tried this technote https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000083791 and this works, But this is recurring issue . Current version is 7.5.0.7 , is anyone facing the same issue in their environment. ?? Kindly suggest 

  • Recommend you upgrade to 7.7.x if this issue is re-occurring.

                         Currently upgrading to 7.7.x is not an option , if it is known issue is there any EEB for it ??

  • Not that I am aware of. When did the issue first start happening?

    What is happening with the other catalog backup jobs as this main parent stream is finishing very quickly.

    Are you backing up to tape or disk? Have you tried changing the storage unit?
