Removing Access/Authorization control
I seemed to have misconfigured access/authorization controls. Now upon opening the NBU admin console I recieve the following error;

For future reference, you can change this setting in the registry to disable NBAC (AT/AZ)
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\VERITAS\NetBackup\CurrentVersion\Config
Change USE_VXSS to PROHIBITED
