Please provide requirement for SAN backups, is it possible to setup for VM's
If you want to do it for AIX, I don't understand the reference to VM's in your opening post?
SAN Client needs FT media server.
Only Linux and Solaris SPARC media servers are supported as FT media servers.
Not possible for Windows media server.

You want to configure a VM as SAN client?
Not sure if this is possible.
Why not simply configure normal VM backups with SAN transport?

VM backup can be done zoning DS to Media sever, but i wanted to configure for AIX local drivers, i have done this Linux but now my media server is Windows 2012 .
