System state backup failing - error 50

hi Team, 

My master/media server system state backup is failing from error 50. however its C:\ D:\. drives backup are running fine.

NBU - 7.6.0.3  , Platform - windows 2012

VSSadmin list writers are showing  "no error". both master server /media server rebooted also.

Below is the error logs of master server system state backup -

  • You should check you have set enought memory limit in shadow copy on c drive.Ideally it should be 10% of the total size and C drive should have more than 10% free space. Please check the link that may be helpfull. https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH206217.html
