Unable to Open the Schedule Properties on Running Java Console

NBU Enviornment upgraded from 7.5.0.3 to 7.5.0.4
I ran into a problem the other day where all of a sudden i was unable to open the properties of the schedule on my windows machine thats ...
upgrade to 7.5.0.4..
upgrade the java console to 7.5.0.4
and then follow this technote and call symantec to grab that nbjP.jar file.
