VM Backups failing with 156 error code
Hi Everyone,
I would like to share the issue that i had faced today.
Since 2 days we have been encountering backup failures in our environment, which is a small envirnoment with limited of 600 clients (mostly vmbackup).
All the backups were faling with 156 and we had no clue what could be the reason.
No activity has been done in netbackup or in vmware.
Resolution: There were no space left out in the installation directory in the media server (which is our backup host).
Cleared the unwated the logs which filled up around 40 gig and the backup worked.
