VMDK Backup
We are using vSphere 5.1 or vSphere 5.5.
NBU Master Server installed & Configured on Windows 2008 R2.
VMDataStore is mounted on NBU Master Server & also the necessary setting has been done.

That is normal and the way it is designed in windows.
That option has its advantage if you want to convert a basic disk to dynamic disk and can't be disabled. If you don't want just ignore that, why you want to disable it.If you concerned about someone doing it by error you should give proper rights to server to make sure no one else does it
