    You could try going to Documents in the left hand pane and then Symantec to see what is listed.

    If not uninstall Ghost and re install and run without a password.

  • The way I understand your question is that when you created the backup job you set up a password for the backup set. You aren't sure what the password is and cannot restore the set.

    I'm sorry to say that I don't believe you will be able to recover the password. You could try opening up a support case, but I don't think they will be able or willing to help with this.
