Uh, I think you need to update the SIM to the new version first, and then the product will appear. But I'm not quite sure about that.

Unfortunatley I haven't done the upgrade from SSR MS 2011 to 2013 yet, but I think it should be advertised when you start the SIM ?!

unfortunately I've the same problem: the SIM doesn't show me the new version of SSR.

OK, so let me escalate this to support for you !

I suspect this is caused by SIM using the wrong product listing file. To check this, open SIM and go to settings (top-right corner). Then click on 'Change Product Listing' - provide a screenshot of what you see here.
