SSR 2013 BSOD When using restore anywhere on HP 8470p

I'm trying to use the restore anywhere function in SSR 2013 to recover my hard drive from an HP 8000 desktop to a HP 8470p laptop.

The recovery seems to complete but when Windows boots up it crashes and loops  with the following error code

Stop: 0x000000BE (0x80504638,0x00504163,0xB9CEF400,0x0000000B)

I can restore the image to an HP 6930p, 8440p, and 8460p with no problems at all!

I have also tried all options in the restore anywhere feature.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
