What to do when your Serial Number for SSR 2013 R2 is not working in Fileconnect

Hello,

some customers are currently reporting issues with their seriel numbers they received in upgrade notifications for SSR 2013 R2.

If you are faced with that issue I would recommend to call Customer Care. They can provide a termprary serial number for downloading the software.
