Which version of BESR are you working with?  If it is version 6.x or below, a custom recovery disk can't be made by the end user.

From the other post you have in this forum, it appears you are in the wrong forum.  Norton Ghost versions 9.0 and above share the same code base with Backup Exec Sytem recovery and no longer support Norton Gost 2003 and below.  Please see the following link:
