0xe0000f02 - The media server could not connect to the remote computer

I have a Windows 2003 Standard server running BE 11d rev. 7170
I am getting the following errors;
 
Final error: 0xe0000f02 - The media server could not connect to the remote computer. The remote computer may not exist on the selected subnet. Try an alternative network interface, or allow Backup Exec to choose any available network interface.
Final error category: Resource Errors
 
I have already modified the Network settings in the backup job to use the LAN Network Interface and the Subnet of the LAN Interface.  I still keep getting this error.
 
Any help is appreciated.

    Do you have more then one network? i.e. a backup network and a public network.  If you only have 1 network then set all of the options to use any available.

    There are two networks, a public and internal network.  I have had the settings both ways, to use the internal network or any available network.  Either setting does not make a difference, the same backup errors occur.

    Try setting just the interface to the networ you want to use. Then set protocol to IPv4 and subnet to any available.
