Globally exclude folders under the inbox for all users

I upgraded our Exchange box to Veritas 11d and all of my excludes are gone - *sigh*.....I cannot find anything that says exactly what to put in to EXCLUDE certain folders. I want to excludea ll of these folders from my backup:

Deleted Items
Outbox
Junk E-Mail

for all mailboxes, I just KNOW there is a way to do this without selecting each of my 600+ mailboxes.

Plus the file type exclude doesn't "hold" after I click Submit.........

HELP!!!!!!
