How move tape from my door slot (usually 1, 2 and 3) to active slot in Robotic library?

pkh, 44 slots is a correct configuration for an IBM 3573-TL library.
lampar, please select a single empty slot in your library, right click and select "IMPORT MEDIA NOW"
What does your adamm.log show?
It should show something like this:
1st Slot Number 1
Number Of Slots 44
Portal Slots 3
Import/Export Robotic

Not through Backup Exec. Your library will have a management interface. You'd log onto it there, and then move tapes accordingly.
If you're thinking along the lines of a mail slot, then this is still configured on the library through the management interface (usually a web front-end). Configure the mail slot, and for good measure, restart the BE services.
Then create an Import job within BE which will then move the tape from the mail slot to an empty slot in the library.

If you are talking about inserting tapes into mail slots and the moving them to active/storage slots, then use the import function in Backup Exec (with export being the opposite)
However if you are truely talking slot to slot movements then you have to do it with the management interface for the library itself and not in BE and then use the inventory or scan option in BE afterwards.
Go through the manual of your tape library and you will be able to find what you need from there.

Actualy, I'm talking about inserting tapes into mail slots (in my case I have 3 slots there) and the moving them to active/storage slots.
I'm using the import function in Backup Exec, but the tapes not moving to active/storage slots.
Export works fine so far. I can drive tape from active to mail slot.
Is any configuration I can do on Import????

Nope, there isn't. If it exports, then it should work with importing.
However, try this...reconfigure to only have 1 slot acting as a mail slot, and see if the import and export jobs then work.
yep going with Craig on this, not 100% sure how Backup Exec handles multiple mail slots.
I guess I have to reconfigure mail to just one slot on tape tools.
it's ibm ult3580-td4 scsi and I have no interface for this.

what brand/model tape library is it?
BE should be able to import & export to a portal with 3 slots.
When you rumn the import job, what does the alert ask you to do? You do need to respond to the alert before tapes will get moved.
