Xenserver on BE 2012?

Dear Community

 

I would like to know if XenServer can be licensed on BE 2012? Knowing that the Vmware and Hyper-V agent are only specific to those two products. If not, which backup solution can I propose? NBU?

    There is no specific license for Xen Server. You can install a Remote Agent for Linux on the Xen Server and you can create backups and restores.

    Note that this will not create a GRT backup for your VMs !

    You can restore the complete VM, but not individual files from it.
