Public folder archiving

had you met the case as below?

 

After performing public folder archiving, the user cannot retrieve the orginial post by double click of it

 

after double click of it, there is a box on the top of the header information of the message, "click here to retrieve the orginial message"(sth like that), but there is no response when i click on it.

 

But he has the right to open it in Exchange and he can also find the message in the search vault button.
