WARNING on SANCLIENT backup

hi all,

 

I have this warning on the window jobs :awaiting resource Reason: FT pipes are in use, The media server is Appliance 5230, on the media server properties the ft connections are set to 32, Storage Unit: PureDisk, 35 Concurrent Jobs, 30 client, first 4 client start and running backups 17 are waiting with this error
