Unable to archive one mailbox in Enterprise Vault 11.0.1
We have a mailbox that used to archive but now only says "Partially processed: pass limit reached" on the archive report. The mailbox is enabled and not hidden, and it has been moved to a new database on Exchange. It is in the correct Enterprise Vault Exchange Policy and has been zapped. The ContinueOnMissingItemErrors register setting on the EV server has been added, the Exchange Mailbox policy pending shortcut Timeout value has been changed to 0, the task controller service has been stopped and queues purged. I have been working with Veritas on this issue and they say that it is fixed in Version 12 but we are not moving to that yet. Has anyone else ran across this issue in Version 11.0.1?Solved6.1KViews0likes10CommentsClear DoNotArchive flags
Hi! Our customer has one mailbox with several folders with DoNotArchive Flags. This is an old one mailbox which is re-activated. Now it's not allowed to use Full-Client to unmark the folders. Further it's not allowed to use the Regkey ClearDoNotArchive on EV-Server. We try to zap the mailbox, but this didn't help us. The markers always there. Any ideas? thxSolved1.3KViews0likes4CommentsEV 11.0. - Archiving Leavers Mailboxes

How can this be achieved please? Thank you in advance.Solved1.1KViews0likes4CommentsUpgrading from EV10 to EV11 - Know Issues
Hi We are currently looking at upgrading from Enterprise Vault 10.0.4 to EV11.0.1 CHF5 (and then up to EV12). We find a lot of issues with EV10, and the fix from VERITAS has always been, 'oh thats fixed in EV11, upgrade and you'll be right' We are going to be on EV11 for a time, while we upgrade Exchange and SQL etc, so my question is, are there any known Gotchya's or 'upgrade to EV12 will fix that' that we should know about. We have a fairly large environment (168,000 archived mailboxes and 1.9 billion items archived, with 577TB of Data) so can't afford major isuses during transition. Ever since we upgraded from EV 10 to EV 11 we've been having issues accessing mail that has been migrated to our Amazon S3 storage. It's not everything, just certain items. The user gets prompted for credentials and of course no credentials work. I've been working with Veritas support for the last few days but I don't feel like we're getting anywhere. Anyone run into any issues like this??3.9KViews0likes7CommentsEnterprise Vault Search (EVS) - User Preferences
