Common Services Error
After trying to process a Hold collection the process finished but get this error: [#80000] common services error : unable to open csv file - \\server-FQDN\d$\cw\v81\scratch\temp\esadb\datastore_case_xxxx\attindexdir\scancomplete\sc_numberxxxx_0.csv I saw the TECH229202 article and thought it would be the same but after looking closely the directory does not contain the directory after \\server-FQDN\d$\cw\v81\scratch\temp\esadb\datastore_case_xxxx\, there is no attindexdir\scancomplete\ directories. Any ideas? Thanks.
Error preparing document for display
None of my docs will display within my review set. I recieve the error below. Anyone run into this issue and have an idea of what to check for that? Error preparing document for display. Case Backup Failures
I often, randomly, get 1 or 2 (sometimes 5 or more, very random) cases that fail nightly backups. The error in the job log reads: Caused by: com.teneo.esa.cluster.resource.LeaseAcquisitionException: [#164017] Can't backup case while managed file access is in progress. Please try again later. This is not possible. In fact, never has it been true. Some of these cases are online and havent been accessed for days/weeks, and so there cannot be any file access in progress. I have explored this from time to time with Tech Support. But the answer is often that if I can manually run a backup, and it completes successfully, then there really isnt anything wrong. Except that my backups are failing, and this causes issues with my workflow for maintaining backups for DR purposes. So I wanted to throw this out there to see if anyone else gets these random failures, even though the cases back up just fine when you do them manually. It happens on a couple (often different) cases for a day or two or more, then wont happen for days or weeks, and then it happens again, and then doesnt, etc...there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. My backups are pointed to adirect attached storageshelf (DELL MD1200).
Intermittent Retrieval of Document
I have a customer who has an issue retrieving documents. It's not constant. She will login to Clearwell, pull up the document list and messages will start giving her the error message [#10025] Mwssage referred by a URN could not be retrieved. We then logged in as the service account used for retrieval to the Clearwell appliance and was able to access the directory path. We then went back to Clearwell and we were able to retrieve the contents. It works one minute then it doesn't. They are not having any network issues. Has anyone seen this?
CW search returning a QueryEngine error #41025
We are running hit highlighting on three searches and receiving the error message [#41025] QueryEngine error; [#41025] QueryEngine error; Search PrivTerms01-1000 is not supported for highlighting action. Please run this search first i tried searching for the error number in the Forum but didn't find anything on searches. thanks, Dani
