Backup exec 12.5- backup database from Win2003 to Win2008

hi guys, how do i move or backup the configuration and database of Backup Exec 12.5 from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008? thanks for any ideas. :)

Here is a technote explaining the process

Backup Exec is only supported to migrate or move BE to and from the same Windows OS version. The steps mentioned in the technote are successful in most cases. However this is a best effort method as the Windows OS change is supported in some cases.
