Your session has expired, please log in again
Dear community, I have a weird issue here. I have just setup a brand new BE 3600 R2 appliance just yesterday. When I am accessing the web UI with IE9 on windows 7, and IE8 on another machine (XP), whenever i click on the "hardware" or "Remote Launch" I will have this error message "Your session has expired, please login again" I do not have any issues at all when I am using Mozilla Firefox. I have added the URL in the trusted sites, clear cache, enable cookies. Nothing worked. Is this a bug? Edit: Tried with compatibility mode too but still no go. BE appliance is patched to latest update. We've been discussing this topic across a number of threads lately, so I thought I'd drop it here for all to see. The development team has been extremely focused on quailty enhancements, as reflected in the last Hotfix released February 20th. It's had over 20,000 downloads without logging a single traceable support event.Connect with Symantec and Earn Rewards!

Hello, I am preparing to upgrading my 2 appliances: 1 CASO and 1 MMS, which one should I deal with first? CASO or MMS? And anything I should back up beforehand, e.g. the whole Catalog directory, any job settings, etc.? After the upgrade, do I need to perform on the appliance, i.e. Dedeplication disk, the action "Inventory and Cataloging"? Thanks, JoeSolved2.4KViews0likes7Comments
