File and Folder Backup
Hi - I am running SSR 2013 and I'm doing a daily File and Folder Backup , but I noticed that it defaults to an incremental and only backs up the changed files.

SSR is not designed for a File/ Folder level backup , thus the feature of it backing up all the files/ folders and keeping a set for 7 days worth , can be worked by taking a Drive base backup.
File / Folder backup for SSR is a verion based backup , thus you can try the option below :
Option : Backup my Computer
Type : Independent Recovery point
Schedule it for 7 days of the week.
