Backup Exec 3600 R2 not showing hot fix TECH215884

Hello Support, The Backup Exec 3600 R2  does not show the hot fix TECH215884 under the appliance update in the WebUI. The appliance version running is 3.0.419.0 I have initiated the update...

    Hi Vjware/Imosla,

    Thank you guys for the responses.

    I finally opened the case with Symantec support and after checking the hotfix was sent to me.

    I ran the exe and restarted net start winrm with the runas administrator cmd and the hotfix installed.

    I guess i need to go one more step higher to upgrade the appliance to R4 as I have seen on the forum.

It looks like you need to download the appliance upgrade image iso from the file connect website.  See this  document that is referenced by TECH215884    http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO100113
